What options are there to pay for my order?

We offer a range of options for our customers to pay for their orders which include:

How do I pay with my credit / debit card?


Paying with a credit or debit card is simple and there are two options for this you can either select the Worldpay checkout or the Paypal checkout. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the Paypal option and do not need to set up an account to process your payment.

WorldPay is one of the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK, providing card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

We accept all major credit cards from around the world including American Express.

We can also process payments by telephone, if you've chosen what you would like to buy but prefer to speak to someone about your order then you can call us on 01736 350274 and a member of our team will happily process your order for you. We do not store your payment details, so if you are a repeat customer firstly thank you for returning to us and please accept our apologies that we will need to take your payment details again

Are my details secure?

We take card security seriously. Engrave Express does not store or hold any customer card details all card details are processed by the payment gateway provider either WORLDPAY or PAYPAL.

WorldPay's systems are scanned by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Any details that Engrave express take for telephone payments are entered into Worldpay's system and we do not hold copies or add them to any customer records.
