Lettering Style
We offer a range of lettering styles, shown in the product picture. If you don’t see a style of lettering you’d like for your nameplate please get in contact. We can use most windows fonts.
Fitting
Your brass head collar nameplate is supplied pre-drilled with two fixings. Mark and punch holes in your headcollar to suit the holes in the nameplate. Position your head collar nameplate and fit and tighten the two brass fixings, one from the front – one from the back. Do not overtighten the nameplate fixings as they may break under excess strain. Please ensure to specify the thickness of your leather collar so we can send the most appropriate length of fixings.
Cleaning & After Care
Engrave Express nameplates are crafted from the finest solid brass, which can be cleaned with a polish specifically for brass, such as “Brasso”. The engraved saddle nameplate should then be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any excess polish from the infilled lettering, before being buffed with a soft cloth.
